A Letter from Kelli Schulte
This upcoming 70th campaign year for the Franklin County Area United Way will hopefully be a year of goals being met, new friends being introduced, and new memories being made. I am excited to be a part of the accomplishments that I know will take place in the very near future and cannot think of a better leader to learn from. I have spent the last year as the Assistant Director, learning what I need to know to move forward in my role, while also keeping in mind that I will never have all the answers. What I can do is help where needed to the best of my ability and grow the Franklin County Area United Way while surpassing previous goals set to better help our neighbors, co-workers, friends, and family members. I am excited to be a part of something so great within our community! Where else can you make one donation that can go to give the elderly a voice, feed the homeless, give the disabled hope, and help the minds of our future leaders grow? This last year, being a part of a record setting year, has given me the insight that we really do live in one of the best communities. People showed up willing to step in and help give a hand to those who need it by giving donations, attending events, volunteering, and helping with workplace campaigns. We cannot thank you ALL enough for what you have done and continue to do. This coming year will be one of many milestones and I hope you can say that you were there to help us reach them!
